(a) Shares: Terms/Rights
- The Company has Authorised capital of Equity and Preference shares.
- Each holder of the Equity Share is entitled to one vote per Share. The Company declares and pays dividend in Indian Rupees. The dividend proposed by the Board of Directors is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors declared Interim Dividend of ₹ 4.50/- (Rupees Four and paisa fifty only) per equity share of face value of ₹ 2/- (Rupees Two only) each on March 04, 2020 amounting to ₹ 73.99 Crores (including tax on dividend of ₹ 12.62 Crores).
- In the event of liquidation of the Company, the holders of Equity Shares shall be entitled to receive remaining assets of the Company, after distribution of all preferential amounts. The distribution will be in proportion to the number of Equity Shares held by the Shareholders. No preferential amounts exist as on the Balance Sheet date.
